I dont know how many of you here watch anime, and how many of you will have actually heard of this series.
Made back in 1996, over 10 years old, this anime was made. Didnt make a western appeal to early in the 21st century, however. I have to say, this has to be, for character development, story, and truly making you feel for them.
One of the best out there.
I remember seeing early episodes on FOX Kids when it used to be on here, and I feel in love with it. I had no idea what was going on and hardly any clue as to whaty the story was, but, I saw it and instantly knew I needed more!
It took me 5 long years, and an accidental discovery, but, I found it, and...I love it. A well made, well thought and extremly well planned anime.
Music is awesome, everything in it is not over your head and even brings in some intresting cameos (Issac Newton as a bad guy!?)
My favourite bit though has to be the whole Allen, Hitomi, Van Love Triangle which occurs.
These tend to be so predictable that they dont even prove a point anymore, but, it was so well executed, with none of the clicéd lines involved and none of this stupid matter involved. A truly epic peice of story telling...
And the song "Sora" will be forever a song which stays in my heart...
Plus, it does have brief apperances of what could be "cat-girls" =D
